FAQ’s

1) What room will I be presenting in?

Find your name in the program book sent to your email.

Go to the student presentation room and find your name under the folder: assignments for student rooms.

2) What time will I be presenting?

Please refer to the times listed next to your name in the program book sent to your email.

Go to the student presentation room and find your name under the folder: assignments for student rooms. This place will also have a time listed next to your name.

Note: The time window scheduled is a rough estimate.

3) Where is the presentation being held?

Presentations will be given online via Zoom. Once you have identified your room (Refer to question 1 ). Go to that room, you should be able to find a zoom link for your room at the top.

4) What do I do go after presenting?

After all the presentations, you will have a lunch break. At 1:15pm, go to the home page to hear keynote speaker and awards ceremony.

5) What room is the awards ceremony being held?

Awards ceremony is being held in the main room, the link is posted on the Home page.
